Everglades & Biscayne Bay, FL

Peter reconnects with his old friend Albert Hernandez for a day in the Everglades. They bass fish by airboat and sample some gator meat for lunch. Later, Peter heads offshore on his 37-foot Invincible for sailfish action and then heads back to fish the flats. He was joined on his 17-foot Yellowfin by his good friend, Capt. Benny Blanco; they head out for Biscayne Bay bonefish and a permit.
