Four patients with serious illnesses arrive at NIH's Building 10 to enter potentially groundbreaking clinical trials. The patients resting their hopes for a cure at this brilliant facility include a firefighter battling leukemia, a mother with metastatic melanoma overtaking her body, a woman fighting sickle cell disease and a little girl with Job's syndrome.
