The Pomrenkes talk about Steve's epically successful run at inland mining and son Shawn's dismal failure at the Bluff. Then, Zeke and Emily clash regarding his decision to go corporate instead of joining her on the Eroica. Finally, Derek confronts Shawn about their fractured relationship and Vern discusses his problems finding experienced crew members.
