Ostrich eggs are the most extreme eggs.

Ostrich eggs measure about 6 inches in diameter and can weigh up to 3 lbs.

Just like chicken eggs, they can be poached, fried or of course, scrambled.

An ostrich hen can lay around 40 to 60 eggs per year.

Ostriches are bigger than any other bird in the world, growing up to 9 feet tall.

It would take about an hour to boil a whole ostrich egg.

A solid ostrich kick can kill a lion!
